Our concept comes from the beloved open-faced sandwich or chlebíček, a quick and quality staple suitable day or night. What about the favorite Czech dish pork-dumplings-sauerkraut as an open-faced sandwich? You can find it at Špejle along with other rare open-faced sandwiches with toppings, such as goat cheese, prosciutto, pesto, beets as well as cold, sweet, and salty variations.
