Our concept comes from the beloved open-faced sandwich or chlebíček, a quick and quality staple suitable day or night. What about the favorite Czech dish pork-dumplings-sauerkraut as an open-faced sandwich? You can find it at Špejle along with other rare open-faced sandwiches with toppings, such as goat cheese, prosciutto, pesto, beets as well as cold, sweet, and salty variations. We change our menu according to the season and time of day, so different options are available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner – and, of course, always served on a wooden skewer!
