  • We bake with fresh and high quality ingredients that come mainly from Italy. We do not make a fixed selection and so it can happen that we replace products with others. The dough ferments for at least 48 hours and is therefore wonderfully soft, silky and well tolerated. After baking, we spread the edge with a hint of garlic butter, which immediately absorbs and provides a special taste
