We place great emphasis on quality and taste. That is why some principles are self-evident for us: We bake our brioche ourselves, fresh every day. The potatoes for our delicious frites come from the region, are hand-cut and are gently deep-fried twice by us for optimal flavour. We source the beef for our famous burgers exclusively from Bavaria and only from species-appropriate animal husbandry. We grind the meat several times a day for the best possible freshness and hygiene. And as far as possible, we generally use seasonal, regional products. Be sure to try one of our popular milkshakes with our burgers and fries! We use high-quality ice cream for this and thanks to additional cooling through ice cubes, our shakes are a refreshing, fruity treat.
