Our Vietnamese restaurant in Munich offers you just that. Fresh herbs, rice in various forms, also as noodles or rice paper, and "Nuoc Mam", the Vietnamese fish sauce, are the foundations of our cuisine. It contains elements from Munich, China, India, Thailand, Khmer and, last but not least, French influences.
