LITTLE DARUMA" between Gärtnerplatz and Viktualienmarkt has been open since the beginning of '19. We are the first and only TEMAKI BAR in Germany and hope to convince our visitors with our concept and quality. TEMAKI translated from Japanese means "handmade". Typical of temaki is the crispy algae leaf glued together to form a tapered bag, which is filled with sushi rice and other ingredients. Unlike maki rolled with a special bamboo mat, temaki are rolled exclusively by hand, which is where the name sushi hand roll (hand roll) comes from. In Japan, it is often eaten in the family, where everyone rolls their own temaki with different ingredients.
