Mrs Waffle is a domestic chain of Belgian waffle cafes where you can either enjoy the waffle there or take it on the go. Mrs Waffle was created in 2014 by a married couple of lawyers whose true calling turned out to be Belgian waffles. Mrs Waffle offers these truly deliciously fragrant Belgian waffles which can also be enjoyed on the streets of Old Town Brussels. In fact, they are called Liege Waffles – chunky, a little chevy yeast-based sugar waffles with a variety of toppings of your choice. The choice of toppings ranges from natural whipped cream, ice cream and chocolate to fresh berries whether is it mid-summer or mid-winter. Our waffles are made right in front of the customer and are always warm and fresh! For those who can not wait for the waffle to cook to perfection, it’s easy to grab a sweet waffle on a stick. Since 2019, Mrs Waffle also has its very own coffee beans, “Mrs Waffle Coffee beans” which Arabic beans originate from South-America and Africa, roasted to perfection in South-Italy. It is a delicate blend with a mild but long lasting nutty and chocolatey aftertaste. Our baristas are available to make all the known coffee specialties for you.
