  • Noodle by Biáng is the first Chinese hand-pulled noodles restaurant in Finland. We proudly provide freshly handmade and authentic Biáng Biáng noodles, which originate from Shaanxi, Northern China. Our menu is designed to complement our unique noodles and to deliver the complexity of Northern Chinese flavour by skilfully using typical seasonings such as cumin, chilli, and black vinegar (you can replace with any suitable seasoning that you want to highlight). All of our freshly made dishes are brought to you through the fast casual service to ensure ‘Good things still come even when you don’t wait’.
