  • Sushibar + Wine combines sustainable handmade sushi and Nordic design into an exciting experience. To minimize the waste and maximize the freshness we always make all our dishes to order. Sustainability and constant development are the guidelines in our work. Our restaurants have been granted the Ekokompassi certificate for our commitment to sustainability work. We collaborate with WWF Finland and we've designed the New Nordic set together and a part of the sales is directed to the protection of the Baltic Sea. We pack our delivery and takeaway sushi into environmentally friendly takeaway packaging.
