  • Yehuda Bakery - GAGOU DE PARIS was established in 1991 in the name of the grandfather who used to own a restaurant in Paris. His son Yehuda, his wife Ilana and their children continued him after they immigrated to Israel in 1989 when they settled in Jerusalem and opened the bakery. What sets our bakery and confectionery apart is the love of the profession and the daily investment of the family in the field of baking. We always make sure to innovate our products and work with quality raw materials with an emphasis on a clean and sterile work environment.
