We brought to Israel an innovative charcoal stove that works without gas or electricity. only on coals! The charcoal stove effect is expressed in two ways: 1. The meat, root vegetables and everything that goes through the oven gets a rich aroma of the charcoal in a way that you did not know - much more significat than a regular charcoal grill 2. The meat gets the oven effect, seared (there is no need to turn the meat like in a barbecue) due to heat that the oven produces so it retains the juiciness of the meat.
