- This is the first project of Gaukhar Alimkhanova, who is not only the owner, but also the ideological inspirer of the project. Gauhar has always been devoted to the idea of taking care of her family and a few years ago, setting out to provide her family with high-quality products, she built a farm on the slopes of the Zalisky Alatau. As time passed, the farm developed, and in 2023 Gauhar realized that she had a desire to share the taste and quality of her products with the local community, find like-minded people and unite them around her own UMAI restaurant.
