  • Valoriani is a family business with a century-old history. Since 1890, the Valerian ovens have been associated by Italians with a family hearth and comfort. To this day, these furnaces are made by hand from a special refractory mixture containing chamotte clay from the hills of Tuscany. That is why we can safely say that a piece of Italy itself is present in our restaurant 🍕
