Baithak - Bæthak / Gathering - Living Room, Noun Baithaks served as the living room for the Indo - Pak region for a long time and is a walk down memory lane into our childhood where our grandparents had their get - together and hangout with their waterpipes (huqqa). Baithaks saw families grow, and ideas exchanged but never did one see a baithak empty of food. Baithak, on some days, was the community court; on others, just a hangout place and even the hub of wedding shenanigans. Always open and ready to transform themselves into the need of their occupants. The people changed. The need changed. The time changed.
