Plaza Beach restaurant

Our restaurant specializes, among other things, in Neapolitan pizza, which is known for its high, puffy "cornicione" edges with a delicate crispy surface with the typical "leopard pattern" and a thin pizza center. The edges of the pizza have slightly burnt spots, which are a sign of a properly baked pizza. This type of pizza is characterized by a long fermentation of the dough, which is easy to digest without feeling bloated. We bake our pizzas on beech wood in a genuine Neapolitan pizza oven, MANNA FORNI, at a temperature of 450°C. We use only the highest quality Italian raw materials for production. – restoran
